Location: Tampa, FL with Regional Travel
Industry: Industrial Services/Conveyor Systems

The Role:
We're looking for a Sales Manager who understands the importance of building relationships and providing solutions, not just selling products. This role is about being a mentor and a player-coach to our solutions specialists, guiding them towards success while directly engaging with our customers to solve their challenges. You'll be at the forefront of our expansion, embodying our commitment to excellence and customer advocacy. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a team of solutions specialists, providing mentorship and adopting a player-coach approach to foster their professional growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that prioritize customer needs and long-term relationships over short-term gains.
  • Engage in hands-on fieldwork, demonstrating our commitment to understanding and solving the unique challenges faced by our customers.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and utilization of ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer service.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure our team and customers have access to the best products and solutions.
  • Ensure round-the-clock availability to support both our team and our customers, embodying our dedication to being there when we're needed most.

Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience in the heavy-duty belt conveyor sales and service industry is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and development.
  • Excellent negotiation abilities and a track record of securing advantageous deals.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; a willingness to embrace and leverage new technologies.
  • A commitment to living our core values and acting as a customer advocate at all times.
  • Preparedness to travel extensively to meet the needs of our team and customers.
